So , junior year's over and now we're deep into summer. Nothing could have prepared me for this - tons and tons of college applications that need to be completed to make the final decision on where this kid (or kids) wants to go to college. Now, that may sound simple, right? Choose the one that gives you the most money. But what if my kid doesn't get any money? Between the SAT, trying to figure out which campuses we need to visit, and how much money I actually need to save, this is going to be an interesting year. If you're in the same boat, I offer my condolences, but we're in this together right?
While we might not be close enough to hold hands, I'm right there with you in spirit, because this is not for the weak. It's time to put on my battle gear and get ready to war with these colleges. While I'm taking care of that, it's also going to be all hands on deck as we sift through these requirements and get things done while I'm continuously asking myself, are you ready for this?
